The 5th Chamber lies hidden in the middle of our hearts. Its beat is responsible for the venous flow, transporting the liquid we call essence. Coming straight from our soul, it spreads to each cell of our bodies. The sicker the Groove, the thicker the essence.
Brandmark
The Brandmark of 5th Chamber represents the heart of the festival, ergo the heart of each dancer, formed by the fluidity of the “liquid we call essence”, achieving an organic symbol that reminds us of our physical body (both the heart and the rib cage)
Iconography
1 vs 1 Battle
1 vs 1 Battle is a competition where different dancers battle against each other until the final 2. The essence of this battle is more hostile & ego-driven than others. This is represented in the symbol by confronting 2 figures, resulting in the silhouette of a skull, bringing the fierceness of each dancer.
Cypher Concept
The Cypher Concept is all about the exchange that happens within a circle, focusing on the deep connection that each interaction brings. All the energy points towards its center, where each dancer performs and inspires, as seen in the image.
Grand Prix
The Grand Prix is a tournament where two dancers, instead of competing against each other, collaborate to create a free-style performance, developing a genuine trust & establishing a deep, symbiotic relationship, becoming one.
